Systematic On-the-Job Trainer Training

Program Objective

By the end of this course, participants will;

  • Learn the Unit Training System and the roles and responsibilities of employees within it,
  • Understand why and how communication occurs and its barriers,
  • Develop communication techniques to transfer information effectively,
  • Know learning techniques,
  • Apply verbal explanation and demonstration methods,
  • Effectively use the four-step training method,
  • Implement an improved, systematic on-the-job training program,
  • Set goals according to company and individual needs with approximately 5% theoretical classroom and 95% practical training,
  • Deliver one-on-one systematic standard on-the-job trainings,
  • Break down tasks into appropriate sections and teach step-by-step with defined methods and measurable standards,
  • Prepare manuals using task breakdown techniques.
