Program Objective
By the end of this course, participants will;
- Learn the Unit Training System and the roles and responsibilities of employees within it,
- Understand why and how communication occurs and its barriers,
- Develop communication techniques to transfer information effectively,
- Know learning techniques,
- Apply verbal explanation and demonstration methods,
- Effectively use the four-step training method,
- Implement an improved, systematic on-the-job training program,
- Set goals according to company and individual needs with approximately 5% theoretical classroom and 95% practical training,
- Deliver one-on-one systematic standard on-the-job trainings,
- Break down tasks into appropriate sections and teach step-by-step with defined methods and measurable standards,
- Prepare manuals using task breakdown techniques.
