Proportional Hydraulics

Program Objective

By the end of this course, participants will;

  1. Recognize proportional hydraulic equipment.
  2. Learn the operating principles and symbols of proportional hydraulic equipment.
  3. Perform maintenance and repair of proportional hydraulic equipment.
  4. Conduct performance tests on related proportional valves and accurately adjust the electronic cards of these valves.
  5. Set up proportional hydraulic systems on test panels and quickly identify and resolve faults occurring in these systems.
  6. Use a common technical language with electrical and electronic maintenance teams.
  7. Possess standard knowledge and skills for advanced level courses.

  • Operating principles, symbols, and adjustments of these equipment cards
  • Introduction to some electronic devices used in proportional systems, general operating principles, and symbols
  • Adjustment of electronic cards according to hydraulic valves
  • Fault detection and maintenance-repair methods
  • Analysis of proportional hydraulic systems
