Program Objective

The aim is to ensure participation of all employees in OHS practices according to established standards together with factory management, contributing to the development of a strong OHS culture within the company.

Every process and adverse event must be considered, examined, recorded, and monitored within the OHS framework. Detailed studies and appropriate project development should be conducted on the following topics;

  • Risk Assessment,
  • Near Miss Incidents,
  • Work Accidents,
  • Corrective Actions,
  • Suggestions,
  • Field Observations,
  • 5S Workplace Organization

Program Implementation

OHS records are digitized and made accessible to all employees via top management. It is possible to create records related to various activities (DF, Near Miss, Suggestions, etc.), send emails, and obtain statistical data.

Besides managerial oversight of these data, increasing employees' contribution and responsibility towards OHS practices is essential.

Training and documentation are prepared collaboratively by management and employees, reinforced through training sessions, and recorded. This shared responsibility establishes a legal framework and contributes to information security by storing all data digitally.
