Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training

Program Objective

GOAL

To train problem-solving experts equipped with the principles, techniques, and advanced analysis methods of the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) approach in Lean Six Sigma projects, capable of leading Lean Six Sigma projects, driving improvements within the company, and managing projects.

SCOPE:

  • Lean Six Sigma define, measure, and control phase analysis techniques,
  • Data identification and collection methods,
  • Process efficiency calculation techniques,
  • Analyses using graphical tools,
  • Basic problem-solving techniques,
  • Descriptive statistics,
  • Hypothesis testing,
  • Regression,
  • Control charts.

PARTICIPANTS:

Senior and middle-level managers, engineers, specialists.

NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: Minimum 8, maximum 16 people.

REQUIRED PRIOR KNOWLEDGE: Basic statistics, basic mathematics, and computer skills.

NOTE: Green Belt candidates who successfully lead their projects to completion during the training receive a CERTIFICATE OF ACHIEVEMENT and are certified as Green Belts. Otherwise, a participation certificate is awarded. Please contact us for more information about our related training programs.
