OBJECTIVE
To train problem-solving warriors equipped with all techniques and advanced analysis methods related to the define, measure, analyze, improve, and control phases of the Lean Six Sigma philosophy. (Enabling them to lead Six Sigma projects, implement improvements within the company, run cost reduction projects, create vision, and develop strategies.)
SCOPE:
All techniques related to the define, measure, analyze, improve, and control phases within the Lean Six Sigma methodology.
PARTICIPANTS:
Senior and middle-level managers, engineers, specialists.
NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: Minimum 8, maximum 12 people.
REQUIRED PRIOR KNOWLEDGE: Basic statistics, basic mathematics, and computer skills.
NOTE: Black Belt candidates who successfully lead their projects to completion during the training are certified as Black Belts with a SUCCESS certificate. Otherwise, a participation certificate is given.
